We, Doug and Margaret DeCamp have recently had some modifications to our guesthouse lanai and we chose Joyce Building to do the renovation. The renovation to the lanai was extensive because we had to change the roof line in the rear of the house as well as to the front entry. We created a pool house cabana and are greatly pleased with the outcome. Shawn Joyce and his crew were professional, easy to work with, and completed our job on time and with expert craftsmanship.
